FROM 99 SOUTHBOUND

  1. Head south on Hwy 99
  2. Take slight right onto Dexter Way N.
  3. Turn left onto Mercer St.
  4. Turn right onto Fairview.
  5. Turn left onto Republican
  6. 500 Yale Building is on the left

 

FROM 509-99 NORTHBOUND

  1. Head north on WA-509 toward Seattle
  2. Take the WA-99 N / E. Marginal Way exit on the left toward 1st Ave. S.
  3. Take slight left onto WA-99 N / E. Marginal Way S.
  4. Continue to follow WA-99 N
  5. Turn right onto Republican St.
  6. Turn left onto Yale Ave. N.
  7. 500 Yale Building is on the right

 

FROM I-5 SOUTHBOUND

  1. Take Exit 166 for Stewart Street toward Denny Way
  2. Turn right onto John St.
  3. Take the first right onto Yale Ave. N.
  4. 500 Yale Building is on the right

 

FROM I-5 NORTHBOUND

  1. Take Exit 167 on the left for Mercer St. toward Seattle Center
  2. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Fairview Ave. / Denny Way
  3. Turn left onto Fairview Ave. N.
  4. Take the second left onto Republican St.
  5. 500 Yale Building is on the left

 

FROM I-90

  1. Take Exit 2C to merge onto I-5 Northbound (toward Vancouver B.C.)
  2. Take Exit 167 on the left for Mercer St. toward Seattle Center
  3. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Fairview Ave. / Denny Way
  4. Turn left onto Fairview Ave. N.
  5. Take the second left onto Republican St.
  6. 500 Yale Building is on the left

 

 

PARKING INFORMATION

Clients are able to access parking in the building garage.  The entrance to the garage is from the alley behind the 500 Yale building. If you're heading north on Yale Avenue North, turn right at Republican and go up half a block till you reach the alley entrance on your left.  Turn left into the alley; from there you will turn left into the 500 Yale building garage. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We have a newly installed gate system in our building garage.  The garage gates will be CLOSED; please take a ticket from the machine and proceed into the garage when the gates open.  We have a validation machine on our floor, and will be happy to validate parking for our clients.

 

From Level P3 in the garage, there are double-doors leading into the building lobby.  Enter the building lobby and take the elevator up to the 4th floor.  Stay to the left to find the glass door into our office suite.
